Canasta is a strategy cardgame for Windows 95. It is the computer version of the classic Canasta game played all over the world. Canasta is played with two players, and in this computer version that means you against the machine.
There are three difficulty levels, so you always have an opponent that matches your skills.
Get to know the game, it's great fun!
The evaluation version of Canasta will run for 30 days with FULL functionality. You can try everything and NO element of the program has been disabled, so you have the opportunity to test the game before registering.
After you have played Canasta on 30 different days (days you don't play don't count!) you will have to enter your registration key to continue. You only have to do that once, and the key will remain valid for future updates of Canasta.
With registering, you also get the right to a free listing on the Canasta Internet Player
List. This allows you to get in touch with other Canasta players!

REGISTRATION
============
Registration can take place in the following ways:
1) Dutch residents can transfer f29,95 to PostBank account nr 4375889 or ABN AMRO Bank account nr 619391367.
2) Members of CompuServe can GO SWREG and register Canasta with id 3124.
3) Credit card orders by phone, fax or mail are taken by PsL -- please refer to the section below.
4) Sending $19.95 US in cash or with a personal check through the mail (See REGISTER.TXT). CHECKS MUST BE DRAWN ON A US BANK AND IN US DOLLARS. For all other checks, (except Eurocheques) I must ask for an extra $10 to compensate for the bank charges. Eurocheques MUST be in Dutch guilders (HFL); please remember the code on the back!
When using method 4), please fill out the REGISTER.TXT file. You can then use the printout to fold the money in, so that it is not visible from the outside.
